Holland Partner Group celebrates the “topping out” of 1101 Westlake, an office building in the Lake Union area designed by MG2.

Holland Partner Group recently held an open house to celebrate the “topping out” of 1101 Westlake, which is slated for completion in December 2015.

The 150,000 SF, six-story Class A office building will provide a state-of-the-art space for tenants looking to be a part of the vibrant Lake Union area. MG2’s design for the building maximizes the views of Lake Union from every floor and features expansive floor plates that will enable tenants to create flexible, open work environments.
