What your day will look like:
- Facilitates studio rhythm of business.
- Coordinates consistent project and client reporting.
- Ensures project work plans, budgets, forecasts on all program projects are being updated on the appropriate cycles; assists project managers in this activity as needed.
- Reviews and analyzes project financial performance.
- Risk and issue tracking and escalation.
- Facilitates studio / project staffing with follow up.
- Milestone schedule generation, coordination and maintenance.
- Construction Administration coordination, including distribution and oversight of RFIs and submittals processing, internally and externally.
- Executes archiving and project closeout procedures to satisfy contract requirements, including general contractor and consultant coordination in partnership with project manager.
- Assists with landlord approvals, jurisdiction research and permit coordination.
- Posts drawing sets and distributes according to client requirements.
- Facilitates project team correspondence (project meeting minutes, field reports, punch-lists and jurisdictional permit comments
- Manages multiple conflicting priorities successfully while maintaining composure where resistance to change is met.
- Supports the implementation of process change initiatives, varying in complexities from conception through delivery.
- Audits reporting and risk escalation as assigned.
- Proactively pursues opportunities for creating new efficiencies within the team and continued improvement of work processes.
- Works across teams and markets on projects as assigned with various stakeholders.
- Handles sensitive matters with complete confidentiality.
Required Experience
- Experience in the AEC industry
- 3+ years of project coordination and/or related experience.
- Microsoft Office suite proficiency with intermediate skills in Excel.
- Experience supporting multiple projects and clients.
Preferred Experience
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Construction administration coordination
- Smartsheet experience.

National Hourly Pay Range:
- Project Administrator: $32.40/hr – $47.45/hr
Please note that this role is an hourly and non-exempt position, and therefore, is eligible for overtime pay
If position is eligible for remote status, ranges may be adjusted. Acknowledging the time employees typically spend in the role, compensation is dependent on applicable years of experience and skillset.
