Receptionist (Part-Time)

MG2 is looking for a talented part-time Receptionist to join our Seattle, WA office.

General Description

The Receptionist will assist with all aspects of front desk services, assists with plotting & stamping processes and ensures “best practices” are followed and provide excellent customer service to guests and staff. This role will be part-time from 12:00pm – 5:00pm, Monday – Friday. 

Required Experience

  • At least 2 years of receptionist experience, customer service, and administrative support


  • Answering phone and directs calls to appropriate staff
  • Assist with accepting deliveries and directing express service vendors
  • Assist with ordering catering as needed
  • Scanning documents, naming and saving to various drive locations
  • Answers incoming calls in a professional and welcoming manner
  • Greet guests in a professional and welcoming manner
  • Manages firm resources via outlook and distributes accordingly
  • Manages plotting and stamping requests effectively and in a timely manner
  • Manages PTO calendar
  • Ensures the front desk is clean and organized
  • Provides excellent customer service and support to staff
  • Supports the facilities manager
  • Prioritizes tasks and delivers desired results within the alloted time frame
  • Follows front desk policies and processes

  • At least 2 years of receptionist experience, customer service, and administrative support
