Japanese street food for the masses

Designed for a small footprint, the pop-up style takoyaki stand Pon Yaki is a concept as versatile as it is alluring. Playing on the Japanese phenomenon of capsule toys to engage diners with coupons, the venue utilizes reusable whiteboards for patrons to mark off their desired orders.

The team was able to bring this idea to life through playfully branded packaging, renders, and menus.
