Taizhou City Crossing

Infusing urban energy with nature

The first phase of China Resources Land’s multi-phased Taizhou City Crossing features three distinct retail components: a four-story shopping center, a three-story hypermarket, and a three-story specialty retail complex.

Throughout the development, large atrium skylights are inter-connected in a series of wave-like window panels, providing ample daylighting for shoppers. A grand canopy and lush landscaping offer substantial shading and a comfortable climate for the retail environment. A cleverly placed cistern at the base of the retail center collects and recycles water to be used for the site’s irrigation needs.

In the development’s second phase, two high-rise office towers will connect to the retail complex and feature building-high LED lights that flash sequentially to mimic the rhythm of a waterfall. The towers are designed to capitalize on the amazing water and land views surrounding the development, creating connectivity to nature on every floor of the development.
