Associate Principal
If Cheryl Usnick could sum up her expertise, background and experience, and favorite thing about her role in one statement, she’d only need two words: problem-solving.
An award-winning strategist and Associate Principal with almost twenty years of experience at the intersection of retail and food & beverage, Cheryl enjoys nothing more than the challenge of laying out a series of problems, analyzing them together at 40k feet, and uncovering themes that lead to solutions for numerous projects at once.
Partnering with clients in retail, food & beverage, and grocery, Cheryl leads designers and stakeholders to ensure all facets of a project are moving forward seamlessly, aligning scopes and deliverables while operating tactically behind the scenes. She is continually inspired by her teams, dedicating free time to mentoring and teaching the next generation of MG2 staff.
When she’s not coordinating with consultants or collaborating with contractors, you’ll find Cheryl traveling, cooking, and spending time tending to her garden.
