To activate the street frontage, building amenities, retail, and the live\/work units are located on the first floor. One wing of the T-shaped building is slightly recessed from the street creating an urban pedestrian plaza adjacent to a rain garden. The exterior materials complement the historic nature of downtown. Amenities include a fitness room, a bike storage, on-site leasing offices, and a garden area with a play structure.
