您的团队动态有什么特别之处吗？

Everyone on our team has their own unique strengths. This creates a great environment to learn from one another. I feel like I can ask questions without fear of judgment. It is a beautiful thing to work with people who understand and appreciate what it means to grow together in a work environment…plus there is always laughter to lighten the mood.

您最欣赏同事的哪些特质？

我钦佩同事们一贯的帮助意愿。即使我们都忙于不同的事情，我们之间也会有团队合作和团结的感觉。人们花时间提供想法，并帮助他们集思广益解决挑战。从来没有感觉到完成某件事只是一个人的工作。取而代之的是，人们有集体的动力来看到更大的团队成功。

您是否在工作以外与同事闲逛？如果是这样，您该怎么办？

是!我很高兴和同事们一起参加了几次足球比赛。从小学起我就没有踢过足球，而且很快我的能力就下降了！我最近还与一位同事一起参加了当地美食节，并结识了她的一些朋友。很高兴认识新朋友。去年，我从迈阿密搬到了尔湾，开始了我在MG2的工作，当您刚接触某个地区时，扩展您的网络可能会不知所措。感谢同事们的热情接待！

您从厨房或餐饮活动中最喜欢的小吃是什么？

花生M＆M和椒盐脆饼是完美的小吃！甜咸！巧克力和花生-y！通常，与其他零食相比，这种零食消耗最快。

What is your favorite social event / activity at MG2?

Friday Morning Meeting is my favorite. We come together and enjoy each other’s company at the end of a busy week. It’s a perfect opportunity to talk with colleagues, especially those I don’t necessarily work with daily. Along with the amazing food (and laughter), I enjoy the presentations. They range from reviewing information about a project to discussing design theory to engaging staff in interactive challenges. Our Friday Morning Meetings also feature gift card raffles, which make me feel appreciated.
