Best Residential/Hospitality: First Light

ENR Northwest has unveiled its 2025 Regional Best Projects, and our First Light mixed-use high-rise in Seattle won Best Residential / Hospitality Project! Members of the project team, David Russel, Elik Grin, and Murl Eley, accepted the award at Tuesday night’s ceremony.
