At MG2, we dive in and dig deep. We enjoy what we do and the people we do it with. We’re curious, empathetic and (mostly) ego-free. We push each other to be even better, support each other when things get stressful and go all out to help our clients achieve their goals.

Our culture is based on recognition and appreciation. So we celebrate birthdays. And anniversaries. And every other Friday, we get together for an all-office breakfast buffet.

We design over-the-top, insanely detailed gingerbread houses, dominate rec-league sports and know all the best happy hours around. Most importantly, we take time to give back to our communities, together.

If all of this sounds good to you, we’re seeking talented people who want to transform their careers. People make the place.

    Experimentation leads to innovation

Before we establish a shared vision of the future with our clients, we need to envision the future ourselves through sketches, renderings, VR and physical models. That’s why MG2 strives to equip staff with the latest technologies. The more ways we can explore a design solution, the better we can understand its potential to transform lives.

    Investing in our people

At MG2, our leadership team is committed to providing a workplace that allows employees to do their best work, stay challenged and grow their careers.

We continually assess our learning and development programs to ensure we’re providing the right mix of resources and programs to help our people expand their knowledge, skills and abilities.

Our current offerings include a generous training allowance, including reimbursement for employees’ first architectural licensure and renewals, as well as NCIDQ and LEED certification fees. MG2 also covers the cost to open an IDP record, in addition to offering in-house ARE study groups and plenty of opportunities to learn from internal and external experts.

  • We love supporting our communities. Last year, we gave nearly $476,000 in cash and in-kind donations to non-profit organizations.

  • Over the past 15 years, we’ve helped raise more than $1 million for Susan G. Komen through our annual Swing for the Cure golf tournament.
