As one of the first 20 employees to join MG2, Mitch quickly rose from Project Manager to CEO and Chairman of the Board by honing the craft of architecture. He perfectly balances delivery excellence with a design mindset, driving kinetic transformation long into the future.

By setting a clear vision, Mitch helps employees build meaningful connections between their work and their client’s desire to advance their brand. It is this ability, along with his unfaltering candor, that cultivates a winning culture founded on the right people, strategies, and commitment to clients. When he isn’t shaping the voice of MG2, you can find Mitch on his motorcycle, exploring the natural beauty of the Pacific Northwest with his family.
