MG2 on the Seattle Office Revolution and Workplace Design Trends

On June 10, Bisnow hosted a panel discussion that explored the changing landscape of office and workplace design, particularly given the impact of the technology companies that call Seattle home.

As a panelist, retail market design leader MJ Munsell provided insight into the experience of designing MG2’s new Seattle headquarters and perspective on key elements impacting workplace design — such as the importance of maximizing natural light and air as “wellness becomes the new sustainability.”

Munsell also spoke to the role that technology companies have played in the shift toward unique workplace amenities, and how those amenities and workplace design overall must now support mobility, flexibility, and choice in a way that demonstrates a user-focused approach.
