Elevating community connections
High-rise buildings do more than shape the world’s most populated regions. Designed to act as vertical communities, they infuse our cities with diverse groups of people, experiences, and destinations. Helping to redefine urban growth from sidewalk to skyline, MG2 partners to create technically advanced, future-centric high-rises that unite neighborhoods, solve density issues, and promote social and economic health.

Seattle High-rise Experience
MG2 has extensive experience leading large, complex projects through the comprehensive entitlement and building permit process in Seattle.
We establish close working relationships with the Seattle Department of Construction and Inspections (SDCI) staff assigned to our projects from the first Pre-Application meeting. Along with our familiarity with Seattle codes and processes, we are able to leverage these relationships to our clients’ benefit in many ways.
We have proven experience leading projects through the MUP process as well as permitting and construction administration. We understand the unique, specific requirements of each use and where we can find common efficiencies to successfully deliver a mixed-use project that is “more than the sum of its parts”.
