UL10: Department Stores Reimagined

Urban Land recently unveiled its UL10: Department Stores Reimagined and our 6 Corners Lofts project in Chicago is at the top of the list!

“Seattle-based MG2 preserved Art Deco elements and reworked the deep, largely windowless floor plate to be U-shaped. Adding tall glass panes brought natural light into the building and enabled the addition of balconies and terraces for each unit. The corner glass atrium, once home to Sears window displays, now bears the logo of anchor tenant Target. Completed in 2024, the building has a new five-story wing, a new fifth floor atop the original structure, and a rooftop lounge and pool with views of the Chicago skyline.”
