The new store design highlights four primary customer touchpoints: store entry, the sales floor, fitting rooms and the checkout experience.


MG2 worked with Nordstrom Rack to adapt the brand’s identity to site specific locations. The MG2 team provided individualized designs for each location to make the best use of space and maximize flow, as well as offer customers many touchpoints and visual stimulus to encourage browsing.
