In a highly competitive office environment, MG2 gave Bellevue Corporate Plaza the revitalization it needed to present a fresh face to the market.
Bellevue Corporate Plaza was built in the 1970s and in recent years it began to lose rental market share as the city of Bellevue rapidly attracted new businesses. Given its prime central business district location, the building was in need of revitalization to compete with the surrounding Class A office space.
MG2 redesigned 20,000 SF of public space in the 10-story office building including the lobby, tenant corridors and a café to reflect a refined, modern aesthetic. Natural wood elements throughout the space tie in existing interior features to enable a seamless refresh. Warm, updated lighting and a variety of soft seating options create an environment that invites tenants to utilize the public spaces as an extension of their office suites.
The renovations generated an immediate impact for Bellevue Corporate Plaza, helping to secure new leases and increase occupancy by more than 15% within six months of completion.
