A four-story, mixed-use development brings shopping, a restaurant and healthcare to Bellevue's Wilburton neighborhood.

Set to open in 2020, the second phase of Bellevue’s Wilburton Village project will be a welcome addition to a rapidly densifying neighborhood. The site of the four-story, mixed-used development is enviable for its adjacency to three future landmark projects, including a light rail station, a 42-mile bicycle and pedestrian path and a pedestrian corridor connecting to the city’s downtown and waterfront.

Phase two of the project is significant for MG2 as the development’s 97,600 SF of retail space has been leased by clients Target and PCC Community Markets. As a result, MG2’s Retail and Commercial studios will both have a hand in the project’s success. In addition to retail, the property will feature a 40,200 SF Dave & Buster’s restaurant and a 45,000 SF Virginia Mason medical clinic.

The first phase of Wilburton Village, a retail development across the street, opened in 2016. It was designed by Fuller/Sears Architects, which was acquired by MG2 in fall of 2017.
